If for any reason you claim that the Products delivered is defective please notify our sales team immediately. We will then arrange for collection of the item by our freight partners
You must return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the driver.
We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail or by telephone if requested within a reasonable period of time.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the cost incurred by you returning the item to us.
Products being returned to us under warranty are covered under a 'return to base' policy. Items will need to be returned to us with a covering letter and the original paper work. Items will then be taken to our workshop for inspection and we will notify you via email or telephone once this has been carried out.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
