Service engineer
Job summary
Our nationally recognised pump company based in Hainault, Essex is looking for new workshop personnel to join our team in the service department.
You need to be an ambitious, hardworking and attentive person, capable of working a full shift on your feet in varying temperatures.
Our company is responsible for supply, adaption, repair and service to a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ranging from low voltage pump, through high voltage equipment and petrol and diesel driven units.
We are looking to fill the position of service engineer to assist with the daily demands of the workshops varying tasks.
The applicant will need to maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, be capable of working independently and as a team.
Confidence and experience within an electrical / pumping environment is ideal.

You will be required to assist other departments during busy times, aswell as providing a public facing sales service.
A clear, polite and efficient telephone and communication skills are essential
Responsibilities and duties
Including but not limited to:
· Service and repair of various equipment
· Assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone with enquiries and technical advice
· Ensure a high degree of detail and focus in every job
· Read and understand technical drawings / wiring diagrams
· Assembly and testing of built items
· Maintaining a clean and professional work space
Qualifications and skills
A professional attitude with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
Ability to learn and retain technical information and relay to customers.
Experience with pumps, electrics, or small engines is ideal, though not essential.
Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying and assembling heavy items
Warehouse manager
We are looking for a warehouse manager to join our team in the distribution warehouse.
You need to be an ambitious, hardworking and attentive person, capable of working a full shift on your feet in varying warehouse temperatures.
We are looking to fill the position of warehouse manager to handle the daily operations of the warehouse, including stock management, shipping and receiving and returns.
The applicant will need to maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide an impeccable and reliable service to our clients.
